The brief: How do we make mom & pop store, Chicago Music Exchange, the one-stop-shop for musicians when places like Guitar Center exist?
Insight: Artists are often asked by their parents, “What if it doesn’t work out?”
Idea: Chicago Music Exchange sells the dream. The dream of becoming a rockstar. Even more, CME gives parents permission to believe in their young artists.
